A national tire and auto service chain was seeking to improve the functionality of a key desk workspace across all store locations. Their existing setup featured freestanding monitors and stands placed directly on service desks, which led to several operational concerns. The monitor bases obstructed access to built-in shelving, created clutter, and posed a risk of shifting or sliding if being moved around, With valuable surface space underutilized and workflow efficiency impacted, the retailer needed a more streamlined, secure, and space-conscious solution to support their daily operations.


              

                
CTA Digital collaborated closely with the retailer’s engineering team to develop a custom monitor mounting prototypes and solutions that addressed both spatial and safety concerns across their service counters. The result was a purpose-built, L-shaped bracket mount designed for secure, permanent installation directly onto the desk surface.
Engineered to meet a specific set of requirements, the mount features a fixed 90-degree angle with no tilt adjustability to maintain consistent monitor positioning. It includes VESA 100 compatibility for the monitor and reinforced desk contact points for long-term stability.
